• Analyzes resources and staffing to meet schedules and P&L goals.
• Implements and verifies continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensures safety compliance and SOP adherence, including 5S and BOS.
• Trains and develops production personnel and monitors performance.
• Acts as liaison to management and communicates needs across teams.
• Reports accidents and HSE&E conditions, ensures safe procedures.
