Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the assigned line, ensuring targets are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production operators, supervisors, and technicians.
• Implement and maintain automated systems and technologies to improve production efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
