Global Payments Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a software engineer to contribute across the full software development life cycle. The role involves designing, coding, debugging, maintaining and validating applications with a broad understanding of languages and architectures.

You will work on front- and back-end programming, APIs, and databases, collaborating with business and technology teams for internal and external client software solutions. PCI security compliance knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business / MIS or related field
• Typically minimum of 6 years - Professional Experience in coding, designing, developing and analyzing data

Responsabilidades

• Develops moderately complex code using front and/or back end languages across multiple platforms
• Designs, creates, and delivers program specifications for code development
• Participates in client meetings and vendor discussions to determine solution approaches
• Advises leadership on standards to ensure compliance and data accuracy including PCI security
• Develops, administers and estimates billable hours and resources for complex initiatives
• Assists with on-the-job training and provides expertise to software engineers
