Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a proactive Backend Developer Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems. The role emphasizes Java microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architectures within an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Java skills, knowledge of Spring Framework, and familiarity with microservices and API design, plus excellent communication in English.

Formación

• 4–6 years of professional backend software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong expertise in Java microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance, secure backend applications using Java (Kotlin a plus).
• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud-native microservices and robust RESTful APIs.
• Take ownership of user stories and technical tickets with timely updates, documentation and resolution.
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives under Scrum.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features.
