Ford Motor Company is seeking an IVI Subsystem Design Verification Supervisor to lead a team validating sensors, ECUs, models, and software for infotainment systems. You will guide test strategy, automation, and defect management while upholding Ford standards and industry QA practices.

The role emphasizes building a collaborative, high-performance team across embedded software engineers and QA specialists, ensuring robust validation across multiple integration levels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of advanced professional experience with Software / Requirements Verifications projects.
• 8+ years of professional experience in architecting and implementing Test Strategies.
• 5+ years of professional experience proposing technical direction for Design Verification framework solutions.
• 5+ years Python, Java, or C++ Programming

Responsabilidades

• Project leader for the execution of strategies for Test design, planning and execution methods, and automation scripts used for requirements verification at multiple levels.
• Guide and contribute to incident resolutions and reporting, including Preventive Actions.
• Define Test Management Strategies (tools and processes) for planning, execution and reporting phases.
• Select and implement defect management tools and processes.
• Define Automation tools and strategies, including staffing and facilities.
• Promote Ford Standards and tools for pipeline development.
• Lead quality and security standards; improve them across the team.
• Promote Software Quality Assurance standards (ASPICE, ISTQB, ASAM, INCOSE).
• Provide thought leadership across organizations to reduce knowledge silos.
• Build a highly collaborative team environment with project managers and engineers daily.
