Corning Inc. in Reynosa, Mexico seeks an IT professional to provide manufacturing systems support and IMS hardware assistance to Corning IT and site leadership.

The role involves coordinating with IT service delivery and project teams to ensure on-time delivery of IT services. The ideal candidate has a technical IT degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Interface with Corning IT to resolve issues.
• Communicate Infrastructure needs and issues to Site Leader, represents bridge between technology and business needs.
• Resolves problems with new and existing equipment.
• Bring IT Support to end user requests and projects.

Experiences/Education - Required

Technical degree in an IT related field or combination of IT education and work experience.

• Able to write clearly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
• Effective organization with ability to handle changing priorities.
• Good communications, interpersonal skills.
