A technology solutions company in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an IT Support Technician to install and maintain hardware, troubleshoot issues, and assist users. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and an intermediate level of English. This role focuses on ensuring user satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Responsabilidades

  • Install and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Serve as first line of contact, reporting issues and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT systems.
  • Assist users with hardware and software issues.

What you’ll do:

  • Install and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Serve as first line of contact, reporting issues, solutions, and escalations in the ITSM tool.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT systems.
  • Install and maintain hardware and software as needed.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Prepare and train users, providing references and ongoing support.
  • Identify IT users’ needs to optimize hardware and software capabilities.
  • Assist users with hardware and software issues reported to the Service Desk.
