What you’ll do:
Install and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Serve as first line of contact, reporting issues, solutions, and escalations in the ITSM tool.
Maintain accurate inventory of IT systems.
Install and maintain hardware and software as needed.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Prepare and train users, providing references and ongoing support.
Identify IT users’ needs to optimize hardware and software capabilities.
Assist users with hardware and software issues reported to the Service Desk.
