This position is responsible to coordinate with management the accomplishment of objectives and work plans. As well as to coordinate with his team efforts to meet business requirements for information technology solutions, is responsible for project management, analysis, design, development and implementation of software solutions. In addition to his leadership function, has the experience developing, evaluating, and implementing changes in configuration and software design that meet both functional and technical requirements. Has the responsibility to research devops, new trends for use and implementation of software solutions, software engineering that ensure that solutions are scalable and can be used across manufacturing operations.

This individual will be the first point of escalation for any customer support and IT related request for manufacturing operations.
This supervisor position requires an ability to manage and motivate team members locally, and communicate effectively to the local end user audience, a forward-thinking vision to leverage technology to enhance the customer experience. Proven leadership, communication and presentation skills are essential to perform well in this position. The candidate will be expected to deliver high impact results immediately in an extremely fast-paced environment to support the development of a world-class IT organization.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 8 years of IT experience, 8 years software development experience.
• Experience managing direct reports,2 years managing an IT team.
• Solid technical background with the ability to provide clear and concise direction to the team
• Demonstrates strong customer service focus, analytical, problem solving and teamwork abilities
• Hands on experience with IT solution administration and development.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
