Job Overview:

Schneider is seeking a Software Engineer in Mexico City to create solutions for business problems through designing and programming automated systems. The Software Engineer will provide intermediate-level support by analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining custom program code and applications that support business processes and functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete moderate- to large-sized projects on complex applications.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and implement solutions for new systems, enhancements, and third-party product integrations.
  • Assist other developers in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Support deployment, warranty, post-warranty issues, and domain-related design problems.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant IT experience.
  • Proficient in system design, development patterns, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
  • Understanding of business and IT strategies, architectural standards, and software capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
