A Managed IT company is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to work remotely. You will be responsible for identifying leads, conducting outreach, and educating prospects about the company's diverse IT services. The role offers a base salary in MXN along with a commission structure, with high earning potential based on performance. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Company Overview:DNSnetworks is a dynamic and innovative Managed IT company dedicated to helping our clients grow their business, while we worry about tech. We are currently expanding our sales team and seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as Sales Development Representatives.

Position: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote

Job Type: Salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted outreach and research.
  2. Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage prospects.
  3. Educate prospects about our products/services and assess their needs.
  4. Schedule and coordinate appointments for our Sales Executives.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in a Excel Document.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred.
  2. Experience in selling SaaS and or other technology based services/products
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  5. Ability to quickly learn and understand our products/services.
  6. Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Previous book of business/contacts

  1. Managed IT Services (Workstation, Servers, Network Support for Business)
  2. MDR as a Services (IT Security Services)
  3. Cybersecurity Services and 3rd Software Licensing
  4. Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions
  5. Website Design & Hosting
  6. Cloud Hosting and Implementations
  7. High Level Business Technology Assessments

NOTE: 80% of the services offered above to businesses are provided on a minimum 12-month contract and invoiced monthly. Compensation & profit margins can be lucrative for sales representative. All pricing will be offered in Canadian to the North American market, while making the offerings very competitive to businesses exploring outsourcing their IT to a Canadian based business.

Compensation:This position starts with a based salary in MXN currency with an additional commission structure. DNSnetworks offers competitive commission rates and other incentive benefits. A successful Sales Development Representatives have the potential to earn significant income based on performance.

Training and Support:We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role. Ongoing support and resources will be available to help you achieve your sales goals.
