Job summary

EX Squared LATAM is seeking a Lead – IT Resiliency to oversee planning and execution of disaster recovery exercises for critical IT services across applications and infrastructure. You will coordinate stakeholders, define scenarios, and document results to strengthen resilience.

The role requires advanced English, a strong IT background, and willingness to work in a hybrid Mexico-based setting with possible remote options depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science.
• 5–8 years in IT Disaster Recovery, resilience, or business continuity.
• Experience leading disaster recovery exercises and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead periodic IT disaster recovery exercises for critical services.
• Coordinate planning, execution, post-test reviews, and remediation.
• Develop detailed DR exercise reports documenting gaps and actions.
