IT Publisher Operations Analyst

Scope: Full time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid

This role plays a key role in the Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery Model, offering early and direct access to clients. They have direct interactions with clients to ensure better end-to-end accountability for the respective quote process.

How a day-to-day would look like in this role

• Scoping, client query handling (on-catalogue) and quote creation through SoftwareOne Delivery CRM (OneWorkplace).
• Non-strategic renewal management (on-catalogue).
• Vendor engagement (on-catalogue).

Performance KPIs

• Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.
• Win rate quote to order.
• Number of cases.

What we need to see from you

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Publisher or Vendor Management within the software or IT industry (required), ideally with exposure to commercial processes, partner operations, or sales support.
• Advanced English is a must (minimum B2+).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow).

Desired Qualifications:

• Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and SaaS procurement.
• Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs.
• Experience in pricing negotiation, supplier management, and researching multiple data sources.

• Customer oriented, active listening.
