Vantive is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact technology initiatives. You will translate strategic priorities into executable projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and measurable outcomes across IT and business teams.

The role requires strong technical understanding, risk management, and excellent communication in English, with oversight of multiple project lifecycles in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• PMP Certification desired or equivalent project management credential.
• Experience leading end-to-end IT projects with strong business alignment.
• Strong presentation and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Own and manage project deliverables, including technical solutions and implementation.
• Collaborate with Portfolio teams, Application Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and cross-functional partners.
• Review design walkthroughs and test results to ensure quality and compliance.
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions.
• Educate, influence, and align sponsors and team members to drive success.
• Define, execute, and report on project plans, status, risks, issues, and budgets.
