The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and project management methodologies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders and a solid understanding of network technologies.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with 2 years in manufacturing.
• Hands-on IT technology experience including network, server, database.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

The IT Project Managerwill be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and business applications, project management methodologies, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
2. Oversee the completion of project tasks, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
3. Control project scope to prevent scope creep and track key milestones to ensure timely delivery.
4. Oversee vendor contracts and performance, ensuring adherence to project requirements.
5. Provide regular project updates, facilitate meetings, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in the manufacturing industry.
• 3-5 years of hands-on IT technology experience, including network, server, database, and business applications.
• Advanced English
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including: LAN/WAN technologies
• Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, IDF, MDF, etc.)
