Hitachi Energy in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking an IT/OT Project Specialist to lead the integration of project management, information technology, operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity for a new manufacturing facility. You will coordinate IT activities during construction and launch, ensuring secure, compliant operations across the site.

The role requires 2+ years in IT/OT, English and Spanish fluency, and experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, ServiceNow, and asset management tools.

Formación

Formal qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional IT/OT experience.
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1-Advanced).
ITIL 4 and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead IT-related activities supporting the construction and launch of the new manufacturing facility.
Provide onsite and multi-site IT/OT support for end users, applications, devices, and collaboration technologies.
Support OT and factory-owned IT assets across the site.
Monitor, protect, and maintain critical IT/OT infrastructure and systems.
Respond to cybersecurity incidents and collaborate with global security teams on remediation.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure systems are configured, secured, and maintained effectively.
Implement cybersecurity controls and security updates to protect factory operations.
Identify, assess, and report abnormal behavior or security risks in OT environments.
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
