MISUMI Americas is seeking an IT Operations Support professional based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. You will be the first contact for employee and partner IT support requests, triaging Level 1 issues across hardware, software, networking, and access management.

You will help with onboarding/offboarding, SaaS administration, and SOC 2 compliance tasks. In this entry-level role, you’ll work with senior engineers on SaaS integrations and on-site networking deployments, while contributing to

• Associate degree in technology or related field.
• 1-5 years of IT help desk/support experience.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and SSO.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support via tickets, email, phone or in person.
• Triage and resolve Level 1 hardware, software, network and account access issues.
• Assist with user provisioning, password resets, and SaaS onboarding/offboarding.
• Support SaaS integrations (Okta/Entra) and current SaaS platforms.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and assist with on-site deployments.
