TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, Sonora is seeking an IT Operations Analyst I to join our IT team. You will provide user support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and contribute to IT projects.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree in Computer Technology, 1–2 years IT experience, and strong communication skills. This onsite role offers growth, training, and exposure to TEIS policies and global IT standards.

Job Overview

An IT Analyst I / IT Operations Analyst I, also known as an IT support analyst or service desk technician, primarily focuses on providing technical support to users and troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and networks. They may also conduct research, analysis, and testing related to IT projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Technical Support: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
• User Assistance: Providing guidance and support to users on IT systems and Standard applications.
• System Maintenance: Assisting the network/server team ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
• Troubleshooting: Assisting in identifying and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network.
• Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
• Documentation: Documenting IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Project Support: Assisting with IT projects, including research, analysis, and testing.
• Training: Providing training to users on new IT systems and Standard applications.
• Staying Up to Date: Keeping abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies.
• Compliance and Security: Comply and understand the standard TEIS Policy (TEC-06-88 Global Information Technology Policy).
• Asset management: Maintain IT asset inventory.
