The ideal candidate has 5-8 years in IT or automotive sectors, advanced English skills, and strong project management experience. Objective:

Lead and manage IT systems for Common Functions (Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal, Compliance, Marketing), Aftersales, and Group Distributors across the LATAM region. This role will drive business-focused, secure, and efficient IT solutions aligned with regional and global strategies.

Day to day (main tasks):

Strategic IT Business Partnership:

Serve as the primary IT contact for regional stakeholders in Common Functions, Aftersales, and Group Distributor (GD) markets

Translate business needs into IT roadmaps and solutions

Identify and promote digitalization opportunities across domains

Project and solution delivery:

• Manage IT projects in the supported domains; ensure timely, cost-effective delivery

• Ensure solutions align with global architectures, platforms, and security guidelines

• Drive adoption and change management for new systems or enhancements

Operation and service Management:

• Oversee daily IT operations and services for supported areas

• Ensure reliable support, SLA adherence, and high user satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and global service providers

Team Management:

Lead and develop the team by setting clear performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, manage workload distribution, support career development, and promote collaboration across technical and cross-functional teams.

Profile:

Education: Bachelor´s degree with focus on Business Administration or in IT.

Previous experience: 5-8 years of proven work experience in IT and/or automotive industry

Languages: Advanced English

Additional Qualifications:

a. Solid understanding of automobile business processes

b. Strong Project Management skills

c. Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System), ERP and CRM systems.
