Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de conocimiento y entrenamiento en software.

Description:

As the IT Knowledge Management Specialist in the Global deployment team, you will be a business-facing individual responsible for developing and delivering knowledge materials and training during the deployment of our products to the Operating Countries, ensuring all teams are equipped with the relevant knowledge on how to use them. This role extends to developing and implementing knowledge management processes and systems to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• 5+ years of working experience in a similar position doing software knowledge management and training for large multinationals.
• Experience in collaboration with cross-functional multinational teams.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Experience with knowledge management systems and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, KnowledgeOwl).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Technologies: MS Dynamics 365, JavaScript, GraphQL, Loyalty Solutions, Payment platforms, CTI Solutions, SAP, Middleware solutions, Azure DevOps.
