DXC Technology Mexico seeks an IT Infrastructure and Technology Coordinator to oversee local network, servers, and data center operations onsite in Monterrey. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage incidents, and drive infrastructure projects and security compliance with external providers.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, 3+ years coordinating teams of 10+, fluency in English, and Cisco CCNA certification.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating IT/infrastructure teams.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Updated Cisco CCNA certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, supervise, and optimize network, telecommunications, server, and data center operations.
• Lead local infrastructure and telecommunications coordination activities.
• Prepare reports on capacity, utilization, performance, budget consumption and project status.
• Manage escalations and follow up on incidents, service requests, and requirements.
• Act as technical focal point for business areas and external providers.
• Support audits by collecting evidence for auditable processes.
