IT Help Desk Support Specialist

USA Clinics Group is growing and seeking a Jr.-Mid IT Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team! You’ll handle help desk tickets and calls from 160+ clinics nationwide, assisting employees with IT issues, system usage, and troubleshooting connectivity, printing, Apple Enterprise applications, and more. Strong organizational skills and task prioritization are essential. Experience with Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu Linux is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Support multiple offices with IT, networking, and hardware setup
  • Collaborate with corporate teams and senior management
  • Manage multiple projects and assist in new location integrations
  • Provide IT support across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Strong computer systems knowledge
  • 1-3 years relevant experience; maximum of 5 years experience
  • Associate’s Degree in IT or related field (new grads welcome!)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of remote access, networking, Apple MDM, and PC setup
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
