Job summary

Corning RAM Manufacturing Plant in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking an IT Engineer I to support manufacturing systems, plant-floor technologies, and digital improvements. You will work with local and global teams to resolve incidents, develop dashboards, and deliver measurable value to operations.

In this on-site role, you will coordinate projects, configure Windows devices, and help implement reporting solutions that improve traceability and workflow efficiency, while communicating in English and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in software development or IT support.
• Solid programming foundations and knowledge of databases/SQL.
• Experience developing dashboards or reports.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows and incident management.
• Ability to coordinate projects and communicate with teams.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support FWD/MES, IMS, and manufacturing apps by investigating incidents and validating service restoration.
• Develop dashboards and digital solutions to improve workflows and traceability.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows workstations, printers, scanners, and production peripherals.
• Coordinate assigned projects with technicians, engineers, stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams, with clear documentation and status updates.
