Job summary

Corning RAM Manufacturing Plant in Reynosa, Mexico seeks an IT Engineer I to support manufacturing systems and plant-floor tech. You will develop dashboards, resolve incidents, and coordinate digital projects with local and corporate teams.

English and Spanish proficiency will help you collaborate across global groups. The role focuses on reporting, system configuration, and project coordination, delivering measurable improvements in production reliability and data visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/CE/IS or related field.
0–3 years in software development, IT support, or related field.
Solid programming foundations with databases/SQL or scripting.
Experience creating dashboards or reports in a professional setting.
Strong Windows/M365 familiarity and incident management.
Ability to coordinate activities and communicate with teams in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Support FWD/MES, IMS and manufacturing apps, documenting actions and restoring services.
Develop dashboards and reports to improve workflows and data access.
Configure Windows workstations, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Coordinate projects with technicians, engineers, vendors, and IT teams with clear updates.
