Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedIT Developer Specialist Jr.to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software development and a drive to learn and grow. In this role, you will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in collaboration with a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications by business and technical requirements.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products and features.

• Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.

• Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing applications.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, suggesting improvements to enhance systems and processes.

• Contribute to the overall design and architecture of scalable and maintainable software solutions.

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.

• Mentor junior developers, offering guidance and support to help develop their technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with programming languages (.Net, SQL, Angular, C#).

• Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

• Familiarity with version control systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willing to workon-sitein Monterrey in our offices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end and/or back-end development frameworks.

• Knowledge of automated testing tools and practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
