We’re looking for a curious, driven professional to join our core digital transformation programs, empowering teams through low-code platforms, automation, and generative AI. This role is at the heart of how we’re making technology accessible to everyone.

You'll be exposed to a wide range of business areas, working hands-on with cutting-edge tools, and contributing to high-impact initiatives that drive real change.

What you’ll do:

1. Create digital solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate, gaining practical experience while solving real business challenges.
2. Coordinate enablement activities like Citizen Developer sessions, digital trainings, and innovation events. Keep training materials updated and accessible for Power Platform, Copilot, and RPA users.
3. Support Citizen Development governance best practices.
4. Provide first-level support for applications, collaborating with other IT to troubleshoot and solve issues.
5. Help evaluate new digital opportunities by analyzing business needs and proposing user-friendly, value-adding solutions.

3. Curious and eager to continuously learn emerging technologies and digital trends (e.g., low-code platforms, AI, automation).
4. High adaptability and resilience when working in evolving environments or under shifting priorities.

Technical / Analytical Skills:

1. Experience supporting or participating in process improvement or digital transformation projects.
2. Familiarity with business process mapping, basic data analysis, and reporting tools.
3. Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists) experience preferred; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
4. Previous exposure to tools like RPA, Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms is desirable.
5. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, IT).
6. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
