Capgemini seeks an Asset Management & Testing Supervisor to lead daily IT asset operations at the Plaza San Telmo Office, Aguascalientes, Mexico. You will oversee testing, validation, and deployment of devices, ensuring quality and compliance across the lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor liaison, and process automation focus, with collaboration across IT, Procurement, Finance, and stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience leading asset management, testing, depot, or IT operations teams.
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with inventory control, asset audits, and operational reporting.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the daily activities of the testing and depot operations team.
• Ensure devices and peripherals are properly tested, validated, and approved for deployment.
• Oversee testing of laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support technicians in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues.
• Establish testing procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
