Una importante empresa en el sector industrial busca un Analista Senior de Aplicaciones de TI para proporcionar soporte técnico funcional y asegurar la continuidad en los procesos de producción. El candidato ideal debe tener conocimientos en programación básica, habilidades analíticas y un enfoque proactivo hacia el servicio al cliente. Esta posición es clave para resolver incidentes y mejorar la eficiencia del sistema industrial, trabajando en colaboración con equipos técnicos y funcionales.

Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un rol de soporte técnico o similar.
• Dominio del inglés avanzado.
• Conocimientos en arquitectura de sistemas o aplicaciones industriales son un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Proveer soporte de primer y segundo nivel para incidentes relacionados con el sistema industrial.
• Actualizar bases de datos usando Oracle SQL, PL/SQL.
• Colaborar con equipos para implementar soluciones a problemas de sistemas.

IT Applications Senior Analyst

LOCATION: Veracruz

Specialization / Degree: Computer System Engineering Degree or Information Technology Degree.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar support or technical role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Basic programming (PL/SQL, Oracle SQL or similar).
• Basic knowledge of system architecture or industrial applications is a plus.

Level of English:Advanced

Skills and other specialization:

• PL SQL (Basic).
• Experience in Oracle Developer.

Purpose of the position:

To provide functional andtechnical support for the industrial system, ensuring the continuity of operations across production processes. This role requiresbasic-level programming skills (PL/SQL or similar) to complete data analysis, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication to diagnose, resolve, or escalate incidents effectively. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality service to end users.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level support for incidents and service requests related to the industrial system.
• Query and update databases using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, as part of troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Analyze root causes of system issues and collaborate with functional or technical teams to implement solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of all support cases, including resolution steps (Knowledge base) and root cause / status tracking (tickets).
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues according to internal procedures.
• Assist end users with empathy and professionalism, ensuring business continuity and minimizing downtime.
• Identify and propose improvements to system support processes or functionalities.
• Executes all the activities related to any change that may affect the applications under his/her responsibility
• Ensures full compliance with IT Tenaris Methodology.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area
