Job Description

About the Team

The Production Strategy and System team is dedicated to developing and implementing strategies and systems for global production topics. This includes analyzing production processes and facilities, working with suppliers and competitors, and executing projects to set up industrial footprints and establish general principles and guidelines for important production subjects.

What you can look forward to as IT Analyst - Manufacturing Execution System

• Support MES/SCADA systems and participate in projects to deploy applications and interconnect production lines.
• Handle Tier 1 problems/incidents for Strategic and Tolerated MES/SCADA Applications.
• Manage changes and releases for MES/SCADA applications.
• Collaborate closely with PLC and Controls Teams to implement MES/SCADA Systems.
• Provide timely support and ticket resolution within agreed SLAs for Global MES/SCADA Tier 1 production.
• Interact with IT Launch, Service teams, and Business during Strategic/Tolerated MES implementations.
• Analyze and approve releases and changes as required by the Functional Team.
• Document and implement changes/enhancements/solutions in collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance departments.

Your Profile as IT Analyst - Manufacturing Execution System

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Professional experience in MES/SCADA is desirable.
• Experience in IT Integrated manufacturing environments (MES, SCADA, IIoT, etc.) is desirable.
• Effective communication skills with people at all levels of the organization and external partners.
• Basic to advanced English proficiency (preferred).
