As an experienced iOS Senior Engineer, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do / Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating recommendations, and helping clients implement solutions.

• Responsible for production and integration of Swift code for native mobile apps.
• Integration with web services.
• Work in an agile environment, including code reviews, sprint planning, sprint grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
• Provide mentorship and manage junior developers on projects.
• Communicate risks and implementation details clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

• 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in a relevant field.
• Experience leading project workstreams and teams.
• Ability to identify key drivers, define problems, and propose solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 6+ years of experience with native iOS development.
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI.
• Understanding of various iOS frameworks.
• Knowledge of build tools and iOS performance optimization.
• Understanding hardware compatibility and versioning strategies.
• Willingness to apply skills broadly and expand to meet client needs.
• Experience working with distributed teams globally.
• Passion for learning and honing skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to aesthetics and pixel perfection.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to collaborate and learn from others.

Preferred

• Experience with Android development (a big plus).
• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience with UIKit and Objective-C.
• Experience with hybrid frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.
