A leading beverage company based in Mexico is seeking an Invoice to Pay Analyst to serve as a business partner within their team. The role involves processing invoices, training end users on procedures, and coordinating financial activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. The position supports remote work one day a week and focuses on enhancing accounts payable efficiency.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in an automated ERP invoice processing environment, preferably SAP or COUPA.
• Experience working with international currencies and taxes.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and coordinate financial accounting and reporting activities.
• Process PO and Non-PO invoices using SAP systems.
• Perform quarterly account reconciliations and support monthly closing activities.

Conocimientos

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service/communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

High level of Spanish and English

Time management

Strong analytical skills

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
