The Business Analyst with Project Management experience will play a crucial role in directing and managing change and transformation initiatives for the Investment business. This hybrid role requires a blend of business analysis and project management skills to ensure efficient delivery within time and budget constraints, aligning with the business goals and objectives. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders across different functions and regions to drive alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The Role

Strategic Change Management
  • Support the strategic planning process for Investments, identifying and prioritizing key initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and frameworks to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and direction to project teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
  • Monitor and track progress of change initiatives, identifying and addressing potential risks and roadblocks.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of strategic projects and initiatives.
Business Analysis
  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed business cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure alignment with business needs.
Project Management
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Able to work closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

  • Strong understanding of investment management principles and practices, with experience in asset management, wealth management, or institutional investing.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale change initiatives and projects, including process improvements, technology implementations, and organizational transformations.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
