Position Overview:

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of real estate transactions, from equity and debt capital raising to advisory services. You'll be a key player in our team, supporting all stages of transactions, including planning, marketing, evaluation, and negotiation. If you're excited about financial modeling, market research, and making a meaningful impact in the real estate industry, this role is tailor-made for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare compelling offering and credit memorandums, teasers, roadshow presentations, financial models, and client presentations.
• 
  Conduct in-depth market research, valuations, and competitor analyses.
• 
  Dive into company, industry, and market research to provide critical insights.
• 
  Take charge of third-party data room preparation and analysis.
• 
  Perform meticulous due diligence on individual projects.
• 
  Create term sheets matrix for debt and equity raising mandates, as well as hotel operator selection processes.
• 
  Engage in direct communication with lenders, investors, and hotel operators.
• 
  Craft insightful reports encompassing company profiles, market data, financials, acquisitions, and analyses.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
