Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Planner in San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico to develop inventory strategies and manage inbound supplier activity to support the production schedule while minimizing SLOB. You will collaborate with Production Planning, Procurement, and other functions to optimize stock levels and costs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 2+ years in Supply Chain planning, strong SAP/APO skills, and advanced Google Workspace proficiency, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Supply Network Planner.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Intermediate-advanced English level.
• Strong knowledge of SAP System and APO/PPDS.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationship with all material suppliers to establish regular ordering process and maintain optimal in-stock levels.
• Use SAP tools to identify and mitigate material shortages or SLOB scenarios.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to address material shortage concerns and work with Procurement to close supplier gaps.
• Support master data upkeep and SAP utilization to drive automated planning; define safety stock, MOQ, and lot-size strategy.
• Contribute to global stock coverage optimization and finished goods inventory reporting.
• Assist Marketing, Commercial, CMS, Finance, and CS&L teams for new product initiatives.
