Job summary

Prada Group seeks a Stock Controller to oversee warehouse stock and supervise the stock team in our Mexico location. You will ensure inventory accuracy, follow Corporate guidelines, and support the selling process by minimizing losses.

Responsibilities include planning team activities, coaching new joiners, conducting performance reviews with store management, maintaining security of stockrooms, and coordinating accurate SAP entries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and plan the stock team’s activities, equally distributing the tasks and the responsibilities.
• Provides all the necessary information and tools for the job.
• Manages the induction of new joiners in the appropriate way (coaching, training, feedback, etc.).
• Manages performance assessment interviews with stock team, after liaising with the General Manager/Store Director.
• Trains, coaches, and supervises staff, communicating any performance issues to Store Management.
• Must ensure securing stockroom facilities and assigned keys at all times.
