Job summary

Daimler Truck México is seeking an Industrial Engineering/Business Administration professional to analyze discrepancies in the physical receipt process and the ramp unloading process. You will validate, document, and notify the responsible area of discrepancies, and track them to closure while maintaining accurate operation records.

The role requires 1+ years of experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and fluency in Spanish with working knowledge of English.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and data entry
• Basic knowledge of IMS inventory software
• Experience with Shoptech ERP is preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and collect evidence of discrepancies reported in the receipt process.
• Log discrepancies in the logbook and report to the responsible area for correction to close transactions and update inventory.
• Maintain up-to-date operation records for the department (receipts, discrepancies, damaged material, returns, misdirected shipments, skip-lot process).
• Coordinate daily follow-up on discrepancies with the responsible area to ensure closure; prepare files for approvals when needed.
• Support continuous improvement by documenting issues and escalating unresolved discrepancies to management.
