Medtronic is seeking a technically skilled professional for inventory management, asset control, and facilities support. The role encompasses procurement, invoicing, and vendor follow-up within regulated environments, with emphasis on document handling and internal user support.

Responsibilities include data analysis, process optimization, and adherence to GMP and safety standards. Strong English communication and MS Office proficiency are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering or similar.
• Experience in medical industries.
• Experience in inventory management and control of assets and facilities.
• Knowledge of procurement processes including requisitions, quotations, PO generation.
• Knowledge of invoicing processes and vendor document control.
• Knowledge of safety, health and environmental standards in facilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills for documentation management.
• Ability to provide effective follow-up to internal customers and users.
• Knowledge of GMP in regulated environments.
• Fluent conversational English.

Mansioni

• Provides technical support to engineers to improve cycle-time, yield and quality.
• Monitors instruments and collects data to support on-line adjustments.
• Analyzes malfunctions and deviations to resolve problems.
• Prepares reports using salvage tracking, trending and root-cause analyses.
• Maintains process designs to optimize use and comply with SOPs and GMPs.
