Unilever is hiring a Stock & Inventory Lead in Nuevo León, México to align handling units, materials, batches, quantities, and storage locations within SAP EWM. You will own cycle-count governance, investigate variances, and ensure timely system fix actions while maintaining FEFO compliance and traceability.

Formación

• Experience with SAP EWM cycle-count governance and inventory integrity.
• Ability to investigate inventory variances and determine root causes.
• Knowledge of FEFO, batch control, and traceability requirements.
• Ability to coordinate corrective actions and maintain audit trails.

Responsabilidades

• Restore and sustain alignment between HU, material, batch, quantity, and storage location in SAP EWM and the warehouse.
• Investigate HUs consumed in the system but not located physically and stock recorded in system but missing.
• Analyze and report inventory differences; do not rely solely on net inventory position.
• Validate FEFO, batch, shelf-life and expiry information for usability and compliance.
• Coordinate release of blocked storage positions through validation and approved actions.
• Own the cycle-count programme in SAP EWM and monitor counting plans and closures.
• Ensure counts are performed with RF-assisted processes when applicable.
• Maintain segregation of duties in counting and approvals.
• Investigate discrepancies with evidence and ensure complete closure.
