A leading company in technology is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage inventory functions at the plant level. The role involves reporting KPIs, leading teams, and ensuring compliance in inventory processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Cost Accounting or Inventory Controlling, advanced English skills, and proficiency in Excel and SAP.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting or Inventory Controlling.
• Advanced English proficiency is a must.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.

Job Description

Responsible for Inventory Controlling functions on plant level:

• Report official Inventory KPIs in Month End closing, Current Forecast and Year End Closing
• Revision and analysis of inventory valuation calculation for Current Forecast and Year End Closing
• Regular analysis of Inventory development
• Provide guidance and consulting to plant departments in regards of Inventory requirements
• Lead plant coordinator for physical inventories and / or continuous cycle counting process
• Lead team of cycle counters in Controlling department (content & disciplinary)
• Execute inventory accounting entries (e.g., reserves, inventory adjustments, etc.)
• Governance role for Excess & obsoletes scraping process; ensuring compliance to internal and external requirements
• Responsible to provide financial information related to Inventory in internal and external audits
• Drive continuous improvement for Inventory Controlling processes

Qualifications

• Cost Accounting or Inventory Controlling background (at least 3 years of experience)
• Advanced English is a must
• Excel intermediate to advanced level
• SAP knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and able to work with high amounts of data
• Logical & structured thinking
• Leadership focus on technicians level
