Una empresa líder en tecnología busca un responsable de control de inventarios en Ciudad Juárez. Este rol implica reportar KPIs, analizar la valoración de inventarios y liderar un equipo de contadores de ciclo. Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en contabilidad de costos o control de inventarios.
• Inglés avanzado es imprescindible.
• Excel a nivel intermedio o avanzado.

Responsabilidades

• Reportar KPIs de inventario en el cierre de mes.
• Guiar departamentos sobre requisitos de inventario.
• Liderar el proceso de conteo cíclico.

Job Description

Responsible for Inventory Controlling functions on plant level:

• Report official Inventory KPIs in Month End closing, Current Forecast and Year End Closing
• Revision and analysis of inventory valuation calculation for Current Forecast and Year End Closing
• Regular analysis of Inventory development
• Provide guidance and consulting to plant departments in regards of Inventory requirements
• Lead plant coordinator for physical inventories and / or continuous cycle counting process
• Lead team of cycle counters in Controlling department (content & disciplinary)
• Execute inventory accounting entries (e.g., reserves, inventory adjustments, etc.)
• Governance role for Excess & obsoletes scraping process; ensuring compliance to internal and external requirements
• Responsible to provide financial information related to Inventory in internal and external audits
• Drive continuous improvement for Inventory Controlling processes

Qualifications

• Cost Accounting or Inventory Controlling background (at least 3 years of experience)
• Advanced English is a must
• Excel intermediate to advanced level
• SAP knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and able to work with high amounts of data
• Logical & structured thinking
• Leadership focus on technicians level
