A leading fashion retail company in Ensenada is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong organizational skills, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and bilingual in English are required for this position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inventory Control coordinator will work closely with our Inventory Manager to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of all products in the warehouse.
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other inventory-related metrics.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual or Advanced level of English/ must speak fluently.
