TransPerfect is seeking a Project Coordinator for Interpretation Services based in Mexico, Ciudad de México. This dynamic role involves support for clients and managing interpretation and language assessment projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a University Degree, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a corporate environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a corporate environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience in project management would be a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Consult and educate Sales team and clients on language assessments.
• Liaise with clients and Sales team for project setup.
• Manage logistical matters of interpretation meetings.
• Ensure deadlines are met with interpreters and language raters.
• Establish good relationships with interpreters and clients.

Conocimientos

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Detail orientation

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office: Excel and Outlook)
