ZF Group is seeking an Intern Supply Chain in Monterrey to assist with planning and scheduling of electronics & ADAS components, analyze supplier delivery data, and support global allocation reporting. You will work with a global team and help map processes for Division U, creating documentation and training materials.

The role requires 7th/8th semester students in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or International Business, with strong MS Office skills and a bilingual (Spanish/English)

Formación

• 7th/8th semester in relevant fields, pursuing degree.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable bilingual work environment (Spanish/English).
• Hybrid office/remote work setup.

Responsabilidades

• Support allocation reports for ZF plants globally.
• Download and analyze reports for decision making.
• Map and understand process flow with Division U.
• Create and document processes with training material.
• Assist Supply Chain teams (inbound, outbound, freight).
• Support ZF Digitalization strategy.

• Be part of the Supply Chain team responsible for the Planning and schedule of electronics & ADAS components for Div. U sites
• Be able to work with a global team and understand supply demand fluctuations
• Know about Excell Data analysis and comparison functions for supplier delivery and requirements

What can you lookk forward as a Intern Supply Chain

• Support on allocation reports for ZF plants Globally.
• Support central SCM Teams to download reports and analyze reports for decision making.
• Support Division U team to map and understand process flow.
• Create and document processes along with training material.
• Support different teams from Supply Chain like inbound, outbound, freight etc..
• Support on ZF Digitalization strategy.

Your profile as an Intern Supply Chain

• 7th/8th Semester on Industrial Eng.,Administration, International Business,
• MS Office (Intermediate/High)
• 80% Bilingual Comfortable working in an office-based role, primarily using a computer (no field work required).
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiative.
• Intern Schedule 7am - 3:30 P.M,
• Excel (Basic - intermediate)
• Hybrid role (3 days at office/ 2 days at home)
