Clarios in the Monterrey area seeks a motivated student to support SAP functional and transformation initiatives. The role focuses on documenting processes, gathering requirements, and assisting with testing and data analysis in SAP S/4HANA environments.

You will gain hands-on exposure to business process documentation, system validation, and project coordination while developing foundational skills in analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• Basic understanding of business processes and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in SAP, business analysis and digital transformation projects.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Document business processes and requirements, consolidating information from workshops into clear process maps and summaries.
• Support testing activities: FUT (Functional Unit Tests) and SIT (System Integration Testing) and track defects.
• Perform basic data analysis, validation, and reporting to support project objectives.
• Assist in coordinating project activities, meetings, and status reporting.
• Contribute to project documentation and cross-functional collaboration during SAP implementation.

The Role

Support SAP functional and transformation initiatives by assisting in business process documentation, requirements gathering, testing activities, and data analysis. This role provides hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments while developing foundational skills in business analysis, process improvement, and project coordination.

What You'll Do (Impact Areas)

Business Process Documentation

• Consolidate information gathered from workshops into clear process maps, business requirements, and functional summaries.
• Support the documentation and maintenance of business processes, procedures, and related project deliverables.
• Create simple process flows and visual representations of key business operations with guidance from process experts.

Testing & System Validation

• Execute Functional Unit Tests (FUT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.
• Document test results, identify issues, and support defect tracking and resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with functional teams to validate system changes and business requirements.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Perform basic data analysis, validation, and comparison activities to support project objectives.
• Analyze business information and identify inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Project Support & Coordination

• Assist in coordinating project activities, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Support cross-functional teams during SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
• Contribute to project documentation and status reporting.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
• Basic understanding of business processes and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts.
