International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) is offering a 6-hour daily internship in Tlalnepantla, Mexico, on-site. The program runs up to 12 months and focuses on food chemistry and lab applications in dairy, bakery, and confectionery.

You will support lab management, conduct data recording, and participate in pilot plant trials under supervision while developing practical skills in product development and shelf-life studies.

Formación

• Active student in Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, Biochemistry or related field.
• Knowledge in food areas: dairy, bakery or confectionery.
• Academic experience in laboratory work and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and food processes.
• Excel skills (formulas, filters, charts, pivot tables).
• Basic to intermediate English (reading and data entry).

Responsabilidades

• Support laboratory management and raw material inventory control.
• Participate in laboratory applications for dairy, bakery, and confectionery.
• Assist in pilot plant trials.
• Support product evaluations and development activities.
• Follow up on shelf-life studies.
• Register and track data in internal systems and files.
