Job summary

Steelcase, a global leader in workplace design, seeks an Interior Designer for Marketing and Design Studio. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on translating research into compelling design concepts for global projects and product launches.

You’ll collaborate across teams, incorporate workplace insights, and evolve design processes with AI tools. Minimum 2–4 years’ experience, a portfolio, and fluency in English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional interior design or related experience.
• Experience developing design solutions, presentations, and applications for client needs.
• Experience translating client needs into effective design solutions.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, textiles, paints, or architectural materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design applications, concepts, and plans addressing client needs and design direction.
• Create on-brand design solutions supporting product launches and campaigns.
• Translate research and workplace insights into meaningful design concepts and storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global projects.
• Provide creative input and recommendations to shape project outcomes.
• Explore materials and workplace applications for innovative solutions reflective of Steelcase's portfolio.
• Adopt AI-enabled workflows and continuously improve design processes.
