You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Developing and implementing marketing initiatives, tools, resources, and experiences that support business growth.
- Managing programs that help sales teams, authorized retailers, and partners win business.
- Leading cross-functional projects and coordinating teams to execute sales, merchandising, and promotional plans.
- Building strong partnerships across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Design, Communications, Leadership, and external partners.
- Coordinating product and material sampling, training, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to support successful outcomes.
- Improving workflows, logistics, and operational processes to strengthen program effectiveness and business performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and presentation settings.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, business development, communications, or a related business function.
- Experience supporting retail businesses through account management, sales initiatives, or customer-focused programs.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Financial acumen and the ability to contribute to discussions related to business plans, investments, and marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility and represent Steelcase with customers, retailers, and internal partners.
