Lead the Accounting and Finance organization, overseeing ~25 professionals including six Controllers, and drive close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management in a manufacturing setting using JD Edwards (JDE).

Formación

• CFO or senior interim finance executive experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide hands‑on financial and operational leadership for an approximately $100 million manufacturing business located in Guadalajara.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the company's Accounting and Finance organization.
• Directly manage and develop a team of approximately 25 Accounting and Finance professionals, including approximately six Controllers.
• Establish greater consistency, accountability, and coordination across the Controller organization.
• Oversee the monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Provide strong financial oversight within a manufacturing environment, including inventory, costing, margins, working capital, and operational performance.
• Leverage JD Edwards (JDE) and existing financial systems to support effective reporting, controls, and financial management.
• Identify immediate financial and organizational priorities and develop an actionable plan for the six-month engagement.
• Help create a more scalable and sustainable Finance organization
