We are seeking a talented Integrations Technical Project Manager with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or similar technical position.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling high-pressure situations.
- Strong tech savvy in payments industry: Cross-border and Local.
- High level understanding of code, API, SQL, and programming languages.
- Experience with AWS Cloudwatch, New Relic, Kibana, Datadog, or similar systems.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Ideally fluent in Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tactical Onboarding Management: Provide onboarding support, including tests, validation, and certification. Assist clients' technical teams during integration, coordinating with stakeholders as the single contact point for technical and business requirements.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Troubleshoot complex issues, schedule checkpoints, and document project progress for internal stakeholders.
- Integration Execution: Manage time-to-market, control project schedules, execute integration tasks, manage UATs, and ensure readiness for deployment.
- Tailored Product Driven Thought: Guide clients from kick-off to go-live, providing technical support and translating demands into actionable tasks within the core teams.
- Monitor and Technical Support: Support post-launch to ensure performance, address complex issues, and escalate as needed.
