Formación

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support customer implementations by translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions. As part of the Professional Services team, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and integration engineers to scope, document, and validate integrations using an iPaaS platform. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is comfortable working across systems and data formats, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless data flow between our platform and customer systems to drive successful go-lives.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst - Integrations, you will play a critical role in delivering seamless data integrations between our platform and customer systems (e.g., ERPs, PLMs, compliance tools) using an iPaaS solution. You'll collaborate with internal implementation teams, integration engineers, and customer stakeholders to gather requirements, define data flows, and support testing and go-live processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and customers (both business and IT users) to gather and document integration requirements
  • Define integration use cases, data mappings, transformation rules, and system endpoints
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Configure and support integration workflows in the iPaaS tool (e.g., Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, etc.)
  • Assist with testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment of integration solutions
  • Monitor integration performance and assist with issue resolution during hypercare and post-go-live support
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base for repeatable integrations
  • Continuously identify opportunities to standardize and templatize integration approaches
  • Work closely with Product & Engineering to provide feedback on integration templates, help validate integration use cases and provide inputs to improve the integration platform and services.
  • Be the go-to expert on the Specright API and support client developers on API use and best practices
  • Identify key success metrics for the API adoption and use and collaborate with the Integrations Product Manager on tracking and reporting of these metrics
  • Creation and Evaluation of Test Plans for Client UAT and assisting in testing
  • Proactively engage with customer IT teams to ensure project success
  • Actively work on improving project processes for integrations, with a focus on optimizing timelines, avoiding scope creep and easing information sharing via documentation
  • Track Integration Project metrics and issues
  • Configure SAML SSO for customers
  • Manage multiple integration development projects at a time effectively
  • Assist in the ongoing support and maintenance for live customer integrations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Consultant or Implementation Analyst role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and workflows
  • Experience with using POSTMAN
  • Experience with iPaaS tools (e.g., Boomi, Workato, Tray.io, MuleSoft, Jitterbit, etc.) is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of the Force.com platform (Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly in a remote, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy getting in front of clients to understand their challenges and be able to design solutions and features to address their needs
  • Experience with, and a solid understanding of System to System Integrations & API Fundamentals
  • Experience with API Integrations and File-based Integrations and Middleware
  • Be well versed in creating compelling technical documentation and diligent in creating and maintaining detailed requirements documentation for each customer engagement
  • Familiarity with SAML SSO fundamentals and setup
  • Execution experience to juggle multiple projects at once

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience supporting offshore/onshore implementation delivery models
  • Certifications in Business Analysis or integration platforms
  • Experience with the Salesforce Platform
  • Experience with iPaaS solutions (such as Workato, MuleSoft, Celigo, Boomi)
  • Experience with Identity Provider systems such as Okta and Azure
