Job summary

The Tint Installer at XPEL is responsible for the continued growth, quality, customer service and installation of our Automotive Window Film line. You will install high‑quality window film and maintain relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail.

You will also transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities or third-party locations, and you must maintain a reliable attendance record. XPEL is committed to diversity and equal opportunity for all employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in automotive window tint installation preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions well.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees.
• Required to stand/walk/sit for extended periods.
• Required to use hands and fingers for extended periods.
• Regularly stoop, kneel, and bend.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
